I started Lions Mane Complex about 6 months ago. The first thing I noticed was the smell. It actually smelled like mushrooms. I looked at the ingredients and its just 4 types of mushrooms. (I think the other ingredients are the capsule make up) I didn't notice an immediete change but I continued taking them. After a while it just became routine and didn't think too much about it. A couple weeks later I noticed I was waking up feeling more refereshed. I just felt like I was thinking way clearer. I noticed my mood started to change for the better as a result. I also haven't been sick since I started taking them. I have two young kids who bring every type of virus home from school with them. I connect thoughts more clearly and have just been eager to see how much more information my brain can retain. I am reading more, excercising regularly and have started to change my diet to really make sure my body is running it its best capacity. I reccommend doing research and learn more about the benefits of mushrooms but, I highly reccommend this product to everyone of all ages.
